As part of the Boston Consulting Group's business@school initiative, I co-developed "Peddys" – a venture concept and shelter app designed to modernize animal adoption. By replacing fragmented, outdated shelter websites with a streamlined mobile app ecosystem, the project delivered a complete business model, financial strategy, and intuitive UI/UX framework to connect prospective pet owners with local shelters.

Project Overview
Client: business@school (Boston Consulting Group Initiative)
Industry: Non-Profit / Pet Tech, Mobile SaaS
My Role: Co-Founder, Lead Product & UI/UX Designer
Fundamental Problem
Animal shelters often rely on outdated, fragmented online listings, making the pet adoption process overwhelming and inaccessible for prospective owners. This disconnect leads to longer shelter stays for animals and missed adoption opportunities.
Solution
Developed a comprehensive, price-winning, market-ready concept company centered around a modern mobile app platform:
Business & Strategy: Formulated the underlying business model, go-to-market strategy, and financial forecasting under the guidance of BCG mentors.
UI/UX & App Concept: Designed an intuitive mobile interface featuring interactive pet profiles, match-filtering algorithms, and seamless application workflows to connect adopters directly with local shelters.
Impact
Successfully pitched and presented a fully conceptualized, commercially viable digital startup model – demonstrating how modern product design and strategic corporate planning can solve real-world challenges in animal welfare.
